- Rene Augustine is a former associate counsel in the White House and senior counsel to the Senate Judiciary committee. She also served as a speech writer to a senior Senator.
- Jim Browne is a former director of operations, facilities and ethics and business conduct for Lockheed Martin. He has been an active volunteer with George Mason University, most recently serving as chairman of the Department of Philosophy Advisory Board investigating various options for an Ethics Certificate which would have application in a business environment.
- Christopher Hall is an economist who retired after a 29 year career with the World Bank. While at the World Bank, he served on a management/staff advisory committee on business ethics.
- Leslie Nicholson is a director of Anova Financial and former general counsel of the General Services Administration. He previously was Executive Vice President and General Counsel to Chevy Chase Bank.
- Nancy Prendergast is a former Deputy Assistant Counsel, Office of the Ombudsman for BP. She has served as American Legal Counsel for Banco de Chile in Santiago and as Assistant Counsel for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York City.
- The Honorable Stephen Potts is the former chairman of the board of the Ethics Resource Center, where he continues to serve as a board member. He was appointed Director of the US Office of Government Ethics by both President Bush and Clinton. Recently, Mr. Potts was selected to serve on the Ethics Education Task Force of the AACSB Internationally, the Steering Committee on Engineering Ethics of the National Academy of Engineering, and the Blue Ribbon Commission on Conflict of Interest Policy of the National Institutes of Health.
- David Reichardt is president of DaLore Associates, a business consulting firm. He previously served as Senior Vice President/General Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors of DynCorp.
- Michelle Westermann-Behaylo, J.D. Ph.D. is an assistant professor of corporate citizenship at American University in Washington DC. Her academic research and teaching integrates her legal and business experience as well as her doctoral studies in ethical business cultures and the management of corporate relationships with stakeholders.
